Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any iOS application developed by Adam Richic ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications.

Description of Service

We provide iOS applications available through the Apple App Store. Our applications are designed to provide entertainment, productivity, or utility services as described in each app's individual description on the App Store.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our applications. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. By using our applications, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our applications on iOS devices you own or control
• Use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use our applications in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our applications only for lawful purposes
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Not use our applications to violate any laws or regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features
• Not use our applications in any way that could damage our reputation or services

Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our applications may offer subscription services or in-app purchases. The following terms apply:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with notice as required by applicable law

Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our applications are designed with a privacy-first approach and do not collect any personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about our data practices.

Intellectual Property

Our applications and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Adam Richic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our applications.

Disclaimers

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Richic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our applications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adam Richic from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our applications or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our applications will cease immediately. You may also terminate your use of our applications by deleting them from your device.

Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and Adam Richic only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for our applications or any claims relating to them. Your use of our applications must also comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Adam Richic is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
